Datuk Thomas Logijin is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industrial Development, Entrepreneurship and Transport, Sabah. With over three decades of experience in public administration, policy coordination and implementation, he has played a key role in shaping Sabah’s industrial strategies and promoting entrepreneurship as a driver of sustainable growth. He has been actively involved in strengthening industrial competitiveness, supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and enhancing investor confidence across priority sectors. Within the Ministry, he continues to champion ecosystem-building initiatives and forward-looking policies. Recognised for his implementation-driven approach, he also chairs the Industrial Investment Taskforce, a one-stop platform that coordinates investments, addresses project challenges, and facilitates investor needs, contributing to Sabah’s position as a competitive and future-ready destination for trade and investment.
