Leading a team of 50 management staff and 200 site workers, James exemplifies excellence in the industry. He also co-founded innovative Sabahan brands like UINAH Sabah, MissReno, GogoBox, and LuxuryTinyHomes, alongside various ongoing development projects. As the Founding President of Sabah Young Business & Industry Leaders (SYBIL), James fosters a thriving ecosystem for young Sabahan entrepreneurs. Appointed in 2024 to the DBKK Board of Advisors, he contributes valuable insights to city development.
